Q: Front wheel and rear wheel choose which one?
A: Common front wheel axle size is 100mm,easier to install without derailleur adjustments, you can use your original freewheel;
Rear wheel axle size is 135mm , better grip especially when you ride on steep inclines or in wet condition.
Q:How far can I go on one charge?
A:There are many variables that affect distance such as the rider's weight, terrain, number of stop / starts, riding speed, amount of pedal assistance, number of hills climbed, tire pressures, and wind resistance and so on.
Q:My bike uses a Cassette flywheel. Can I use your motor for modification?
A:Yes, we can change the motor to a motor suitable for cassette flywheels according to your requirements.
Q:I need a battery, can you give me some recommendations?
A:We have down tube type battery and rear rack type battery for choosing. Our batteries use brand battery cells. If large capacitybatteries are needed, we can provide rear rack batteries and lithium battery packs for customization.
Q:How about the warranty about your company?
A:1.Motor, 2 years warranty., first year for guarantee replacement, the next years for guarantee repair.
2.Lithium Battery, 1 years warranty for replacement or repair.
3.Other Parts: Half a year
Q: Can you change configuration for us and do our brand on goods?What is the minimum order quantity in one order.
A:Sure. Generally, our MOQ is one piece.
We can change configuration based on customers’ request and OEMs are welcome. But MOQ is 100 sets.
