Step 2: We send the quotation and e-proof for your confirmation.

2. How to get the Samples?

Random sample: Normally we can arrange a random sample to you within 7 days. The shipping cost is bear by your side. For low cost and stock product, free sample for you; for higher cost product without any stock, a nominal fee will be charged but can be refunded to you in mass production.

Custom sample: Send us your logo and other OEM requirement, then we will send you an e-proof and quotation for confirmation. Sampling will be arranged for you after payment receipt.

3.What is your MOQ?

Different product has different MOQ. Please refer it in product details. Normally, OEM order has higher MOQ requirements than stock designs.

4.How can I finish the Payment?

After you confirm the order detail and PI. Please send shipping information(Full name & Telephone Number &
Delivery address & Zip code) to us.

5.How long is the Delivery time?

DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, TNT, SF, air shipment and sea shipment are available. Different between fee and time.
If the goods in stock. We can ship out within 7 days (Holidays and weekends excluded). Urgent order is acceptable.

6.Do you accept OEM/ODM?

You only need to offer the Design, Sample, Picture, or your Idea. we will help you free to make
the e-proof until you satisfied. Then make a pre-production sample and open a mold for production after you comfirmed
the sample quality. We will go on the order. And we can help customers to design the new items and brand package!
