Products Description
Meat mincer is one of the most frequently used cutting machines in meat processing, it can cut larger meat into different sizes of meat dice by different diameters of cross knifes and mesh sieves according to the processing requirements. The min diameter of meat dice is 5mm and the max is 30mm.
The machine adopts side feeding inlet to keep smooth and quick discharging so that the temperature of diced meat rises slightly. All parts contacting meat, such as screw rod, working chamber, extrusion sleeve, hopper, knife seat and casing, are made of stainless steel, which completely comply with the requirements of food hygiene. In particular, the screw rod is made of cast stainless steel, it owns stable performance in strength and anti-deformation.
