I. Usage

VMS Series is an universal type of CNC Video Measuring System developed by Yihui.

It has been widely applied in machinery, electronics, aerospace, automotive, military, mold, and other industries for precision automatic measurement.

Designed for rapid precision measurement & batch test in machinery, electronics, mould, etc

1. To measure point, line, circle, arc and oval, rectangular and improve the accuracy with the multi-point positioning function with clear observation. 

2. Coordinate measurement, translation and coordinates straighten out.

3. Make measurement data directly into AutoCAD drafting

4. Record user program, editing and execute command.

5. In metrology terms, the machine can test width, length, height, thickness, straightness, flatness, perpendicularity, circular degree, coaxiality, etc. 

6. The machine can test products as below: 

1) Machinery: sheet, mould & die, gear, turning parts like bearings, shaft.

2) Electronics: phone& tablet sheet, PCB, watch parts, etc.

3) Plastics: mobile phone camera plate, cover, front bezel, slide plate, etc.

12 months warranty. Buy with confidence!

1. Within 12 months from the date of assembly and acceptance, during this period, we will take phone and the internet to provide users with a combinative after-sale advisory service.

2. We provide life-long warranty services of instrument for users by preferential price.

1) If instrument failure caused by our side, we will send spare parts at our 

cost to customer for replacement under our instruction, and we can have

engineers for customer site services at negotiable costs.

2) Key components like video card, data card, motion controller, servo motors    

can be replaced for free within 3 months if quality problem.

3) We provide free software upgrade for the user on legal use during warranty period.

3. If our engineer will be invited to customer side for training/service, our technical service will be free for first time during warranty period, except ticket and accommodation.

4. Our company has spare parts which can be provided for the users with cost.

5. We provide users with after-sales value-added technical service by preferential price for life, such as technical upgrades and retrofit.

Q: After machine arrival, what will be the service for installation and training?
A: If you are close to our local agent, you can contact them directly for spot service.Usually we will send our engineer for overseas spot service to finish installation of the machine and operation training, which will take extra cost like air-ticket and accomodation.
