A2: Yes, we welcome any samples order for quality evaluation. Sample charge will be refund to you in bulk order.
Q3: What is the lead time for samples and bulk order?
A3: Regular samples can be send out within 2days even 1 day. Customized samples can be done within 3days. Bulk orders depends on
quantities, if your bulk order quantities is under 1000PCS, lead time is within 7 working days.
Q4: Can I place an urgent order? How fast can I receive the urgent order goods?
A4: Yes, 10,000pcs are in stock for urgent orders, fast shipping time 4~6 days.With fast shipping time, you would receive it
estimate within 10 days.

A5: It depends on customers’ requirement. Normally we can transport by Express, Air, Sea, FBA also accept, you can also choose

For custom products: 50% deposit before production, 50% balance after production done.

Before production, samples are approval by customers, and bulk production 100% are the same quality as the pre-production sample.
