1. Professional product R&D team. We have more than 20 years of experience in cosmetics research and development. Our senior engineers specialize in skincare products, from the over the counter brand to the professional beauty salon product line.

The raw materials we use for our cosmetic products are provided by trusted suppliers in the international market which have been carefully selected to ensure that we get any superior quality ingredients and formulations. All raw materials are imported from Britain, America, France, Germany, and other countries which has the highest quality and zero to none impurities and complies with local and international regulations. Intensive research has been performed to make sure that all ingredients will not cause any irritation to the skin. Customer satisfaction rating is always at 99%.
3. We have an independent quality inspection department. All products have undergone 5 quality inspections, including packaging material inspection, quality inspection before and after raw material production, quality inspection before filling, and final quality inspection. The pass rate of the product reaches 100%, and we ensure that your defective rate of each shipment is less than 0.001%.

A: We are pleased to offer you free sample, but you need to bear overseas freight.
Q2: Can I do my own brand in small quantities?
A: We accept small quantity OEM orders providing that the bottle shape and product formula remain unchanged.
Q3:Can I use a whitening soap and a whitening facial cleanser at the same time? Why?
A:We don’t recommend using lightening soap and lightening facial cleanser to avoid overcleaning. Otherwise it would be over-dried skin and had premature aging problem.
Q4: Do you have any certificate to guarantee that your products are effective whitening?
A: We can prove by our Internal test report.
Q5: Are Neutriherbs skincare products tested on animals?
A: Neutriherbs Skincare has a super strict cruelty free policy. No products or source ingredients are tested on animals. We do not test on any animals and we have adhered to cruelty free practices from first launch. Our manufacturing and testing processes are completely free from animal testing and we only source from suppliers who do not test on animals.
Q6: Are skin whitening products safe?
A: Our lightening products is safe because we don't add any irritant lightening ingredients, such as mercury or hydroquinone. Our key lightening ingredients is Symwhite 377, a new whitening agent that has been found to have the ability to inhibit tyrosinase activity. It is also one of the best tyrosinase inhibitors. And our lightening products also sutable for sensitive skin.
If you make OEM, need about 25-45 working days for production.
