Rotary kiln, also known as rotary calcining kiln, belongs to the category of building materials equipment. Rotary kiln can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgical chemical kiln and lime kiln according to different materials. Cement kiln is mainly used for cement clinker calcining, and is divided into two types: dry production cement kiln and wet production cement kiln. Metallurgical chemical kiln is mainly used for magnetization roasting of lean iron ore in iron and steel plants in the metallurgical industry; oxidative roasting of chromium and nickel iron ore; roasting of high alumina vanadium ore in refractory plants and of clinker and aluminum hydroxide in aluminium plants; and roasting of chrome ore powder and other minerals. Lime kiln (active lime kiln) is used for roasting of active lime and light-burning dolomite for iron and steel plants and ferroalloy plants.
Working Priciple
The rotary kiln from china professional manufacture Hongji Group Machinery is a cylindrical vessel, inclined slightly to the horizontal, which is rotated slowly around its axis. The material to be processed is fed into the upper end of the cylinder. As the kiln rotates, the materials gradually move down towards the lower end, and may undergo a certain amount of stirring and mixing. Hot gases pass along the kiln sometimes in the same direction as the process material (co-current), but usually in the opposite direction (counter-current). The hot gases may be generated in an external furnace, or may be generated by a flame inside the kiln. Such a flame is projected from a burner-pipe (or 'firing pipe') which acts like a large burner. The fuel may be gas, oil or pulverized coal.

(3) The automation level is high. The adjustment, control and alarm of the production system operation are all controlled by PLC in the main control room. There are few on-site operators and high labor efficiency. It adopts full negative pressure production, smooth air flow, stable production operation and high safety.
(4) The pulse bag filter is used for dust removal, and the emission concentration is less than 50mg/Nm3, which is lower than the national emission standard, which effectively protects the environment of the production site.
(5) Compared with the equipment of the same specification, the operation rate is increased by 10%, the output is increased by 5%-10%, and the heat consumption is reduced by 15%.
