What is the MOQ and production time? | If you are ok with our product in stock, you can buy at any quantity. Lead time 2-4 days. The MOQ for new made product is usually 500 - 1000pcs. Production time about 15 days. The MOQ for custom order is usually 1000pcs. Production time about 20 - 25 days |
Can we add a private label on product? | Logo can be laser engraved on the product made of aluminum alloy. It will be in white color. MOQ is 50 - 100pcs, extra cost 15USD and it is free of charge if your order over 300USD. The MOQ for 1-2c logo will be 1000pcs at extra cost 0.15USD/pc |

How many lumen is this flashlight? | You will find same flashlight with ridiculous claims like 2000 lumens, 3800 lumens, even 5000lm, 10000lm, it’s not true. You can find the real max light output from our specifications or ask our sales directly. The real lumen is much less than these. The LED figures from, maybe CREE official website, claims the max light output for T6 is 800 lumens, U2 is 1200 lumens, XHP50 is 2200 lumens etc. when come to a flashlight, it is maybe 50% -60% of it. |
How long will the battery last, on high, mid, low modes? | It depends on the quality of the battery and quantity of the battery High at full, mid at 50%, low at 25%. 3pcs AAA battery or a 2000mAh 18650 battery operate a 10W LED Flashlight, is 1.5-2 hours at high , 3-4 hours at Mid, 6-8 hours at Low. |
I want to know if it is waterproof ? | Yes, it is waterproof, but it cannot be used underwater or for diving. In fact, it’s water resistant if the IP rate is not IP68. IPX6-IPX7 water resistant from splashing water from any angle. Only IP68 item can be used underwater. |
