Product Description

JDD-SCS Self-closing wrap is a non-expandable sleeving woven from monofilament (weft) and multifilament (warp) polyester yarns. It is lightweight, cost-effective and highly abrasion resistance, the split open design allows easy install on the cable harness which has been assembled.

Application:

Most commonly be used on wire harnesses, cable assemblies,flat ribbon cables,tubes and hoses, to provide a tough, durable protection to automotive, telecom, automatic equipment, railways and panel boards.

Operating range: -50 ~+150 °C

Melt point: 240± 10 °C

1.      Nominal size indicates the flat width.

2.      The part No. will be followed by BK, GR and so on to indicate the color of wrap.

3.      The sleeving has expandable character, the following sizes are covered by the nearest: 16mm=15mm, 19mm=20mm, 32mm=30mm, 38mm=40mm, 51mm=50mm

4.      Special packing, sizes and colors can be supplied upon request.

5.      All numerical data are average or typical values, not including customized sizes.
