We specialized in tents production more than 10 years , as a manufacturer of high-quality & good design. Offered products range consists of Tents, large events Tent. These products are excellent strength,intelligent pop-up design, fully waterproof, optimum quality, and durable.
2. What is the MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity) of yourproducts?
Our MOQ for each type of product is 100pcs depending on different items. Please consult our sales for more details.
3.How can I get the sample?
We can provide you samples with 5 or 10 sets, and customer need to pay for the sample and shipping cost,we will refund samply charge when you make a order.
4. How long does it take to receive goods?
5 days for sample and about 45days for mass production after receiving deposit and all design confirmed.
5. Is it possible for mark the own brand on the products?
Yes, we can provide OEM and ODM services.
6. What are the payment terms?
30% T/T as deposit then the balance against the copy of B/L within 7 days.
7. How can you make sure we will receive the product with high quality?
In the processing flow, we have a series of detection machine to control the quality. Before loading, our QC will inspect each shipment and all raw material is according to foodstuff requirement.
8:Can the customer return the goods if they don't like it?
Customized products are not support returned
9:How to calculate the freight?
