1.What brand is the chip?

The brand led chips are always used in Ledestar including Sanan, Epistar, HPLED, as well as EpiLED.

2. How do you guarantee your quality?

1). Priority of top-class materials: Sanan/Epistar chips, 99.99% gold wire, Samsung PCT frame, Japanese Kyocera ceramic frame.

2). High-end intelligent automatic production equipments to make sure high precision and high efficiency

3). Strict tests are carried out in every process. Each product will go through 12 kinds of strict quality tests to ensure its reliability. Here below are some important tests: air-tight test, reflow soldering test, High Temperature and high Humidity aging test, Thermal and cold shock test, hardness test, push-pull effort test, integrated sphere test and etc.

4). Ledestar believes that quality is life. Most of our leds are guaranteed for 7 years.

5). Ledestar LEDs have passed LM80-Q90 test. The leds are tested under three temperatures: 55℃,85℃,105℃.

The light brightness can maintain at 90% after 36000 hours’ lightening.

It can help customers to apply DLC certification for the light fixture.

3. How many production lines are there?

There are 60 automatic production lines including die bonding, Wire bonding, dispensing, Optical splitting and Tape Packing.

4. What is the MOQ?

Sample order, MOQ is preferred 1K or 4K pieces per item.

For bulk order, MOQ is 10K pieces.

5. What is the delivery time?

For standard item, delivery date is 3~5 working days from inventory.

And 7~15 days upon receipt of payment in case there is no inventory.

15~25 days upon receipt of payment in case there is no chip inventory.

6. How to pay?

Payment methods acceptable: T/T, Western Union, Alibaba credit, PayPal.

Others need to be negotiated.

7. Can we get sample?

YES, sample order is acceptable.
