Oil/Gas Fired Steam Generator
LSS oil/gas fired series fast steam generator is a kind of small vertical automatic heating equipment. It can generate steam quickly (about 3 ~ 5 minutes) and has high thermal efficiency. It has a vertical pipe structure, small water volume, safety and no need of annual inspection. The whole set of equipment can generate steam only by connecting water source and power supply.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
* The small water volume, fast steam generating. LHS Series steam boiler has vertical design and compact structure, just requires small floor space;
* Adopting large-volume steam chamber, and lay-in steam/water separator can produce high-quality steam stably;
* The lay-in low water level protection device to detect the change of water level at any time, totally avoid dry-burning and operation accidents;
* LHS Series vertical type steam boiler is equipped with high-quality pressure relief valve, water level electrode, water level gauge, pressure gauge, pressure controller, and other accessories to ensure boiler’s reliable operation.

Water shortage protection: The combustion control system power will be cut off when there is water shortage along with alarm.
Over pressure protection: When the pressure is over the preset value, the combustion control system power will be cut off along
with alarm.
*Steam Safety Valve automatically opens to reduce pressure should excessive steam cause pressure build-up.
*Steam Pressure Gauge allows visual observation of steam pressure over full range.
*Manual Reset Pressure Control provides high limit pressure cut-out with manual reset.
