Ruthenium trichloride is a chemical with the formula RuCl3. It is a lustrous crystalline particle, generally grayish brown or dark red, corrosive and easily delidelized, soluble in water, alcohol and ethyl acetate, and decomposed in hot water. Used for heterogeneous or homogeneous catalysis, electroplating, electrolytic anode, electronic industry and other important chemical raw materials.
