1: I want to get suppliers who own rich experience of export and customs clearance. Are you good at it ?
We have many years’experience of international import and export. Until now, we have been cooperating with more than 10 sea shipping companies including MAERSK,MSC,APL,Evergreen,COSCO,CSCL,OOCL,MOL,CAM CGM,Hapa-Lloyd ect,56 forwarders servicing at Qingdao,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Ningbo,Yiwu ect, 8 airlines,17 Courier companies. We are familar with customs clearance regulations of different destinations like Argentine INAL,Brazilian CNPJ/CPF,ASEAN Form E( CO) etc. To help more customers save costs of  import and customs clearance, we now own 3 big foreign trade groups to share and learn different experience.

2: May I have a sample?
Yes, of course. We usually charge customers a sample fee. But Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by DHL, TNT, UPS, and FEDEX. If you have courier account, it will be fine to ship with your account. If not, you can pay the freight  to our PayPal/Western union, we will ship with our account.

3: Can you make a sample of our design for me?
Yes, we can offer for most of our products, it is helpful if you can provide us specifications. And we need 10-14days to make the sample as your demand.

4: Can I use our own designed package?
Yes, your customized packing (size, color, logo and packaging style) is available if the order quantity reaches to our MOQ. And we will check the cost according to your information and quote you the price with the packing details accordingly.

5: What’s your MOQ?
Normally, Our MOQ is 200 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service. But for lower quantity order, we will provide with our own packing, if you don’t mind.

6: When’s your delivery time?
Generally, 2-3 days for existing samples, within 15 days for mass production after order confirmed.

7: What’s your payment terms?
T/T 30%-50% deposit, and balance is after the order is finished. Also we accept West union,PayPal and Bank swift.

8: How can I place an order?
You can directly get a quotation by ALIBABA or add our trade manager to place order offline
For customized order Please send us the specifications of the item (picture, packing, Logo etc.)

9: How  to arrange economical shipping ?
If your goods is not large, we can send goods to you via express, such as DHL, TNT, UPS, we have cooperated with them for many years, and we have favorable price.
If your goods is large, we will send to you via airlines or sea, we can quote the price to you, then you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.

10: How about the product price? Can I get a lower price than that on alibaba?
The price depends on the item your demand (Shape, size, quantity, packing…). We will provide  quotation after receiving full description of the item you want.    By the way, you can contact our sales manager to get best price by whatsapp, wechat ect .  

11. Do you have stock products to sell?
Yes, we have some stock products to sell. But the packing is in our way.
