SILOTOP ZERO is a cylindrically shaped dust collector for venting pneumatically filled silos. Its stainless steel body contains vertically mounted POLYPLEAT elements made from ABSOLUTE filter media. The air jet cleaning system is integrated into the hinged weather protection cover.
Function
Dust separated from the airflow by special ABSOLUTE POLYPLEAT filter elements drops back into the silo after an integrated
automatic pulse-jet air cleaning system inside the weather protection cover has removed it from the filter elements.
The WAM SILOTOP Model's R01 and R03 are now the SILOTOP ZERO. The WAM SILOTOP ZERO is a cylindrically shaped dust collector for venting of pneumatically filled silos. The stainless steel body contains vertically mounted POLYPLEAT filter elements. The air jet cleaning system is integrated in the hinged weather protection cover. Dust separated from the air flow by a special ABSOLUTE filter media elements drops back into the silo after an integrated automatic pulse jet cleaning system inside the weather protection cover has removed it from the filter elements. Originally designed for cement and similar materials, WAM SILOP TOP ZERO dust collectors can be used with any dust generating material as long as it is dry and does not pack under pressure. SILOTOP ZERO dust collectors can reduce dust emission in precase and ready mix concrete batch plants raising the efficiency to 99.9995 percent.
