Customized complete set of automatic production of solid soap equipment soap making machine production line
Products Description
This set of production line is a soap molding production line with soap granules as raw materials and an output of 100-300 kg / h. After raw material mixing, grinding, vacuum winding and printing, medium and high-grade soaps with fatty acid content of 55-70% can be produced. The production line adopts a single screw stripper, which can make the soap structure compact and not easy to dry.
Soap making process
Raw materials is soap particles.
1) stir to mix other spices.
2 )the mixed soap particles enter the grinder and grind into flakes.
3) soap flakes enter the stripper for extrusion.
4 )the machine cuts and presses the soap into shape and logo.
5) packaging of finished products.

Flour mixer machine
All kinds of raw materials for the production of soap and transparent soap are fully and evenly stirred and mixed to refine the soap particles, and all kinds of auxiliary materials, additives and essence are completely mixed into the granulation to meet the requirements of the formula.
Soap Grinder Machine
This machine applies to product with high viscosity or paste which is poor mobility and need high fineness requirement, Rollor is

Automatic soap stripper
After mixing, grinding, vacuum winding and printing of raw materials, medium and high-grade soaps with fatty acid content of 55-70% can be produced. The production line adopts a double-layer vacuum stripper, which can make the soap structure compact and not easy to dry.
Soap Cutting Machine
This machine is mainly used for transparent soap and soap strips extruded by the soap stripper for continuous automatic roll printing and block cutting machine molding. After the computer setting is completed, it can cut transparent soap and soap of various sizes and weights.
Soap stamping machine
It is used for the molding of handmade soaps. Handmade soaps of different sizes and patterns can be molded, such as logo, embossing, lettering, and labeling.
Soap package machine
