Excavator chain cutters
The Chain Cutter can excavate deep and narrow trenches, from 500 mm wide, quickly, without vibration and with a perfect trench profile.
The Excavator chain cutters can produce straight trenches with perfect profiles in widths from 18 to 60 centimeters to a maximum depth of 2 meters.
Chose from a range of cutting chain widths, each fitted with wear resistant picks.
When starting the trench, the Excavator chain cutters is supported while sumping down to the desired cutting depth. When the trencher has reached the required depth, the excavator is driven backwards or the trencher is pulled forward with the excavator arm. The housing has a spoil discharger to deposit spoil to the side of the trench.
Excavator chain cutters attachments work reliably and efficiently in almost any material. Steel, concrete, rock, wood – wherever Excavator chain cutters attachments are used, material is removed safely and accurately.
Chain Trenchers for excavator booms are designed for set-section trenching on soft soils. The discharge screw on the righthand side and the trench clearing device makes sure the trench is kept clean, while the slide provides maximum stability at any trenching depth. Chain is available with hoe blades for soft soils or hoe blades with teeth for mixed soils.
