PERFORMANCE      


The SN420-35A model high-speed accelerated cooking oven utilizes a combination of top and bottom forced convection, high speed impinged air, Bottom high power infrared, top launched twins microwave to shorten the cook times significantly. It can evenly and consistently cook, bake, roast, toast, brown, and crisp foods up to 20 times faster than conventional methods, resulting in a high level of throughput without compromising quality, the SN420-50A provides superior cooking performance while requiring less space and consuming less energy.

VENTILATION STATEMENT


The oven has been tested and approved by UK ProConsult Solutions Limited (Occupational Health Consultant) for ventless operation for the food items such as Garlic Bread, Raw Burgers, etc. except for foods classified as “High fatty products” such as raw bacon, raw sausages,steaks for example.


Data collected during this detailed assessment demonstrated that rapid cooking of Garlic Bread, Raw Burgers released Carbon Monoxide and Smoke [total particulate matter] that do not exceed either the current UK-Health and Safety Executive workplace exposure limits or the World Health Organisations indoor Air Quality Guidance. But if you will be cooking high fatty products the oven is recommended to be installed in a well-ventilated area or preferably within an extracted enclosure.
