(1.1)Function of plasma cleaning

(A)The etching effect on the surface of the material -- physical action

(1.2) Principles of Product

The structure of the plasma treatment system is mainly divided into three parts: high-voltage power supply, plasma generator sprayer and control system.

(A) High voltage power supply:

The generation of plasma requires high voltage excitation. Atmospheric low-temperature plasma is excited by medium frequency power supply with frequencies ranging from 10 to 40 KHz. High pressure is 4-10 KV. The parameters can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the sample, and the optimum modification effect has been achieved.

(B) The plasma generator gun:

The sprayer of atmospheric low temperature plasma generator can be divided into jet direct injection and rotary direct injection. The difference lies in the different treatment areas.

(C) Control system:
