Freeze-dried live cultures for production of cheddar cheese and cream cheese
Lyofast MOS 062 C consist of specifically selected strains of Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis and Streptococcus thermophilus. Lyofast MOS 062 C ensures a uniform and controlled production both Cheddar cheese and semi-hard cheese with round eyes (like i.e.Danbo, Swiss Tilsit). Moreover Lyofast MOS 062 C can be used in the production of fresh and soft cheese.
