Product Description
Sea-island fiber, also known as super conjugate fiber, matrix fibril type fiber, is a core component composed of a polymer material (also known as "island" phase) dispersed in another in a longitudinally continuous form, It is formed in the sea component (also called "sea" phase) composed of polymer materials. The cross-section of the fiber is island state, so it is called sea-island fiber.
After treated with organic solutions, the sea component will be dissolved, and the short-fiber ultrafine fiber of the island component can be obtained.

RE: We are factory.
Q2.What’s your main products?
RE: We mainly supply fibers (produced by Tianjin Li Fa Textile Co., Ltd.), and children’s backpack & plush toys (produced by Tianjin LH Technology Co., Ltd.), we’re group company.
Q3.Do you sell fixed designs or customized designs?
RE: We have our own regular & hot-sale specs, meanwhile we could also develop & customize according to customer requirements.
Q4.Do you provide sample?
RE: Yes we’re glad to offer you samples to check quality before ordering.
Samples within 500g are free.
Q5: What is your lead time?
RE: Sample order normally 7-10 days, bulk orders according to the quantity.
Q6.What is your payment terms?
RE: For sample orders total amount under USD1000, 100% T/T in advance.
For bulk orders, it can be T/T in advance or L/C at sight, negotiable.
Q7.What is your transport method ?
RE: For samples, we normally ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, ARAMEX, SF Express, etc.
For bulk orders, we normally use sea transport or air.
