Equipment characteristics
1. Horizontal furnace body and side door opening structure are adopted, which is convenient for feeding and discharging, compact furnace body structure and small floor space;
2. Observation holes are installed to clearly observe the situation of crucible materials in the furnace;
3.Equipped with diffusion pump, roots pump and rotary vane pump unit, the limit vacuum degree can reach 5 × 10-3Pa；
4.The electrode and crucible can be manually rotated outside the furnace, and the liquid can be poured and poured in the cavity,thus avoiding the danger of pouring and pouring under vacuum;
5.Wilson seal is used between the rotating electrode and the furnace body, which has good sealing performance and easy rotation;
6. It is equipped with water cooler with under voltage and water cut-off alarm, which is safe and reliable to use (optional);
7. IGBT power supply is adopted, with over temperature and water cut-off protection, alarm, output current display and other functions.
8.High purity graphite crucible, silicon carbide, magnesium oxide, alumina, zirconia crucible can be used.
