PRICING

(1)Do you charge per-photo or per-product?

We charge per-photo. This means if you have two products and you want 3 photos each you will be charged for a total of 6 photos.

(2)How do I pay? 

Before starting your project we will send you a quote with a payment link which you can use to accept the quote and pay. We accept all major credit cards .

SHIPPING

(1)How can I ship my products to you? 

Carefully pack up the products you’d like us to photograph for you. It is very important that your reference number is included in the box with the products. If it’s not, we may not be able to start your order since it is hard to recognize your pack . If shipping from Amazon your reference number can be provided on a gift receipt or on the packing list. Address below.

(2)I have a product that is very large. Can you shoot it? 

If you’ll be sending unusually large or heavy products, please contact us before shipping. We can accommodate large products and our production studio features a roll-up warehouse door for shipments via freight. Products larger than 3 feet on the longest side are subject to an additional charge relative to the size of the product.While we do have a roll-up door, we do not have a loading dock or fork lift. Ensure freight shipments are delivered via a truck equipped with a lift gate. 

PROCESS

(1)How can I tell you what I need?

There Are 2 Ways to Provide Match Images:

A.Show Us With A Cell Phone Photo 
Set the product on your desk and take a cell phone photo (it doesn’t have to be nice). When we get your products we’ll match your camera angles or group arrangement, but we’ll light it & retouch it to make it look awesome.

B.Match Existing Images
Find existing images online and we’ll match them. Reference the url that they're on or take a screen shot and we'll match those angles.

(2)How long do photography projects take?

Most projects are delivered in 5-7 workdays, from when we receive your products and payment. If your project involves a large number of photos this may add to the production time.During particularly busy periods lead times may increase slightly so please feel free to contact us and we’ll be glad to confirm expected production times.

(3)What if I would like an image to be re-shoot?

Our Totally Reasonable Reshoot Policy

*If you tell us clearly how to photograph your product and we don’t do it that way, we’ll redo it for free.

*If you change your mind or want something different then what you specified in the directions then that will be a paid reshoot.

*Minor photoshop adjustments are always free.

DELIVERY

(1)In what format are my photos delivered? 

Before your confirming of photos that you need, we will send you photos with watermark or lower resolution. Once you confirm with all photos that you need, standard product photos are delivered as a high resolution, 300 DPI jpeg using maximum quality settings measuring 3000×3000 pixels in size.

(2)How do you deliver my finished photos? 

Delivery of completed photos occurs via our private image hosting server. Upon completion of your project, you will be provided a unique link and password. Log-in to our image server to view and instantly download your high resolution images. Or we send to your email or through other ways that you prefer.

(3)What kind of license comes with the images? 

Upon final delivery, the photographs become licensed to you for use on a royalty-free basis. This means you are free to use the photographs in any of your publications as many times as you like, with as wide a distribution as you like, without ever having to pay us royalties for their use. We allow the use of these photos in all forms of publication including print advertising, packaging, web, television, etc. We do retain the copyrights for delivered photos and the photographs may not be re-sold to any third party without prior written permission.
