A: As you know, batteries (especially high power batteries) are special commodities with very strict transportation conditions. We transit our products through regular DG logistics channel, it is slower than normal logistics because it needs to wait for DG ship/train schedule. Due to the special nature of the product and logistics, the tracking number we provide will not be updated until the shipment passes through the customs of your country/region. Don't worry, your shipment is still in normal transit. The tracking information will be updated when the shipment passes through your country's customs and you will receive it within 3-7 days.
