1、 Product overview of variable frequency water pressure regulator

Vc5300 series water supply frequency converter is a constant voltage control frequency converter for water supply application system. The inverter has two control modes, including single pump control mode and multi pump control mode. When the single pump control mode is applied, the feedback pressure signal is connected to the frequency converter, and the constant pressure water supply of the water supply system is realized through the built-in PID control of the frequency converter. When the multi pump control mode is used together with the "water supply controller", the constant pressure water supply of the water supply system is realized.

2、 Product description of variable frequency water pressure regula

3.1.1 multi pump control mode:
(f2-00 = 0) when this mode is applied, it needs to be used together with the "water supply controller". The inverter receives the start stop (di1) and frequency analog command (Ai1 / 0 ~ 10V) of the "water supply controller". When the "multi pump control" mode f2-00 = 0 is selected, the factory value in the menu is set according to the above requirements. If the machine control mode is set to "single pump mode (f2-00)", if the machine control mode is set to "single pump mode" (f2-00), the machine control mode will be reset to "f2-00".
3.1.2 single pump control mode:
(f2-00 = 1) when this mode is applied, the feedback pressure gauge is connected to the inverter, the start stop is the terminal (di1), the pressure is set as the keyboard, and the pressure feedback is the analog quantity (AI2 / 4 ~ 20mA). When the single pump control mode f2-00 = 1 (default factory value) is selected, the factory value in the menu is set according to the above requirements.

OPE07	VF curve, improper voltage setting	VF frequency data does not meet the following conditions: d1-08 ≤ d1-06d1-10 ≤ d1-04d1-02; when d1-02 = 0.0, this condition is ignored.
