We prepare stock for most popular sizes, so if you can pick up your order from the stock, we can arrange shipment immediately upon receipt of your deposit. If the sizes you need are not available in stock, we will arrange production. It costs about 20~30 days.

Q:What is your MOQ?


A:Our MOQ is one 20ft container. For example, the size 205/55R16, it is 510pcs in a 20ft container. But normally we deliver tyres by 40’HC, that’s 1150pcs. There is no much difference in freight for these 2 kinds of containers, but one 40’HC can load more than double quantity of 20’GP.


 


Q:Do you have warranty about it?


A:Yes, we have warranty for all our products. When there is any claim, customers send us photos and details. Then our engineers check the problem. If it’s quality problem, we will make compensation according to the remaining depth. It is not one time business, we want long time business with our customers.
