Metal Products Manufacturing Process
Metal, refer to metal wire, tube, sheet metal, is used wildly on displays due to its strength and flexibility to different shapes and colors. Basically we have all the machines in house to machine metal, like die-cutting machines, laser cutting, bending machines, fiber laser tube cutting machines, auto welding machines, argon arc welding, CO2 welding machines, powder coating machines etc.
Acrylic Products Manufacturing Process
Acrylic is main material used on displays especially some cosmetic displays due to its high transparent and glossy finish present high end finish. Our acrylic work shop has saw cutting machines, laser cutting machines, milling machines, engraving machines, polishing machines, heat-bending machines, UV print machines, auto screen print machines, painting room, baking room etc.
Injection Molding Facility
Injection parts are cheap but need to make expensive tooling first. So when the quantity is big, it is a good choice to go with injection option. It brings cost down and produces fast.
Wooden Products Manufacturing Process
Solid wood, MDF and plywood are different wood materials that are used widely on displays. The natural wood are popular but expensive. MDF and plywood with natural wood finish laminated are cheaper and could be made into stand or cabinet itself or used as decoration part or shelves. We have facility to do different processes for wood like cutting, laminating, gluing, engraving, edging, painting etc.

Question: What is your lead time?
Answer: It takes 3-7 days for prototype and 20-35 days for massive order. The due date will be settled down when order issued. Our PM team makes detailed production plan and with doing most processes in house, things are always in control. We commit to the due date without any delay.
Question: How is your quality? What is your procedure to guarantee the quality of production?
Answer: Before production, we will make pre-production sample to confirm all the details with clients and all departments to make sure things are right and all are on same page. We have 30+ QC team. Every production process has check point with QC. This makes sure parts produced correct with good quality in every process. We also provide after sales service. If you have any concerns, we are always here to help. It is our mission to maintain good quality. This has built good reputation for us between our clients after working for them for years.

Answer: We work with many express agent like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, DPD, ARMEX etc and seafreight agent to ship the goods. You only need to provide the shipping address and we will handle all the rest. The goods will be delivered to your door. If you have your own forwarder, we could also work with them to get the goods delivered.
