A：Because the doors and windows are customized products, the delivery time is calculated according to the color of the profile, the choice of glass and the total square number.The soonest delivery time we can make is 30 to 35 days.
Q：What is your payment terms？
A：Usually, 50 percent of the deposit and 50 percent of the balance are paid before shipment.
Q：How to install doors and windows?Is there any difference from local installation?Do you have an installation agent or assign the installation team to project site?
A：The Hongtai team is very knowledgeable about the installation of windows/doors for wood structures, steel structures, concrete walls. We can provide you with an installation solution or installation guide.
