Downdraft Table Downdraught Bench

The downdraft table is a fully self contained downdraft table, meaning all you have to do is plug it in and go to work. Prewired from the factory, including the light, the table is designed to exceed 5,000m³/h of downdraft suction. Dirty air is run through a highly efficient cartridge filter and clean air is exhausted to the workstation.

Efficient

The cartridge filter is self-cleaning at the push of a button with compressed air and effectively removes dust at 99.97% efficiency.

Process Overview

WELDING FUME DUST COLLECTOR

Working principle

The dust enters into the chamber through the pipe by the negative pressure generated by the cartridge dust collector, larger diameters

dust fall off causing by slow flow, fine dust enters into the purification room, dust finish filtration and separation through the filter cartridge in the purification room. The dust is blocked on the surface by the filter

element, the purified air is discharged by fan. When the dust constantly accumulate on the surface of the filter, turn on the pulse

deashing system and clean the filter element regularly.
