The main extruder is SJ series single-screw extruder, die head designed based on as per sample or customers' requirements, this machine line also equip with water cooling tank, haul off device, puncher, automatic 45 degree cutting machine and mechanical is designed as an integration and controlled by a set of PLC control system. Which has the feature of convenient operation, precise cutting, and stable performance. The advantages of this production line: high production efficiency, good product quality, etc.

1.The drier adopts high-performance diffusion device which could distributing the hot air uniformly to realize dry material,
uniform temperature and discharging the moisture.
2.The feeding machine is controlled by computer automatically and filters dust during the cycle process preventing being polluted.
In case of overloading or short feeding, the machine will give an alarm automatically with convenient operation.
