Products Description


It is necessary that the wire rod coils of pure iron should be straighten or cold-drawn to straight wire rods before they are used to produce soft-magnetic devices and components. Since setting up in 2007, my company has built long-term and stable cooperation with large steel-making mills in China, there is usually more than 1000 Mtons of wire rod with different sizes and grades in stock to meet the requirements of customers. The wire rods coils could also be drawn to less than 5.5mm diameter to meet the special needs of customers.

1.Pure Iron for Melting
Pure iron for melting is widely used in producing various types of special alloys, such as master alloys, electric-thermal alloys, hard magnetic alloys, low-carbon stainless steel and powder metallurgy materials.




2.Pure Iron for Magnetic Materials
High purity iron is suitable to produce Magnetic Material, such as ferrite magnets, NdFeB Permanent Magnets, etc., which are widely applied in fields of electronic, electricity power mechanics, medical apparatus and instruments, toys, package, hardware mechanic, aerospace, etc.
