Precautions
1. This product contains oxidizing ingredients. Please strictly distinguish between them in use to prevent cross tank so as not to cause solution failure. 
2. According to our research experience, it is not recommended to use acid solution containing Cl - ions (such as HCl, NaCl, etc.) for pretreatment of pickling / activation process. If it cannot be avoided for special reasons, please soak the workpiece in hot water at 70-80 ℃ for 3-5 minutes after pickling before passivation. 
3. For occasions with high passivation performance requirements, it is recommended that the chloride ion content in purified water should not exceed 25ppm.
4. If there are workpieces with holes or difficult to clean, we suggest that 2 ~ 5% Na2CO3 / NaOH solution be used for neutralization treatment after passivation, and the effect will be better. 
5. Generally, this product can be treated at normal temperature, and it is not recommended to heat it.
Quality index inspection method
Measurement of total acidity：
Pipette 1ml of working solution into a 250ml conical flask, add 80ml of distilled water to dilute and shake well, add 3-5 drops of 0.5% phenolphthalein indicator, titrate with 0.5mol/l NaOH standard solution to red as the end point, and the milliliter n of standard solution consumed is the total acidity NPT. Preparation method of phenolphthalein indicator: take 0.5g phenolphthalein, dissolve it with ethanol (more than 80%), and dilute it to 100ml without adding water. 
PH measurement:
dilute this product 20 times with deionized water, and then directly measure the reading with a precision pH meter with an accuracy of ± 0.01. Density measurement: select a precision hydrometer with a range of 1.0-1.1, which can be directly measured with an accuracy of ± 0.01, or use a precision glass float meter with a range of 1.0-1.1.
Instructions
1. Those who use this product for the first time should read the material safety data (MSDS) carefully. Those who have no experience should use it under the guidance of professionals. Small batch samples can be produced in batches after passing the test. This product is used at normal temperature. Considering the climate characteristics of northern China, the temperature should be greater than 15 ℃ in winter. 
2. Place the cleaned workpiece in this product for 8-15 minutes, rinse it with clean water, and then dry it for packaging. 
3. If the shape of the workpiece is complex and it is difficult to clean it after passivation, it is recommended to increase the use of 2 ~ 5% NaOH / Na2CO3 solution for neutralization.
