1.Can you produce items which I can't find on your website?

Of course,we will be very pleased to design special package for you.

2.What are your shipping terms?

(1) For small trial order,FEDEX,DHL,UPS,TNT can be provided. 

(2) For large orders,we can arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement.

3.If any quality problem,how can you settle it for us?

If any breakage or defect products are found, please take the pictures from the original carton. 

All the claims will be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. 

This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
