Q1. How to confirm the Product Quality before placing order?
A: You can get free samples to test, you only need to pay the shipping cost or arrange a courier to us and take the samples. You can send us your product specifications and requests,we will manufacture the products according to your requests.
Q2. How to order Color masterbatch?
A: Step 1, Confirm the carrier PP, PE, PET ect., the carrier of color masterbatch must be same as your raw material.
Step 2, Confirm the color, there are two ways: a)Send your sample to our engineer to analysis, we will make sample similar content as yours and send sample for you to confirm the color. b)If you don’t have strict requirement of the color, just offering us the general International color number (eg.Pantone card with year). We will produce the sample according to the color number and confirm with you.
After you test and confirm the sample, formal production will be arranged.
Q3. Can I have a sample order for masterbatch? Have any MOQ limit for trail order?
A: Sure, FREE sample can be sent on request to test and check the quality. Mixed samples welcome to get from us, no MOQ limit.
Q4. I've never used it before and wondering if your Masterbatch valid in my product or not?
A: Please help confirm what carrier (PP/PE/PET/EVA/ABS etc.) of your product and we can make our masterbatch compliance with your plastic products.
Q5. Is it okay print my LOGO on the package?
A: Sure, please send your logo and design requirement before order confirm, will send design picture for your reference.
Q6. What are the advantages of your shipping and delivery?
A: Firstly we make sure all the products will be inspected strictly before loading. Secondly we will make the shipment within 7 days after confirm the payment. And most importantly, we will comparing quotation from different shipping company and recommend the best favorable way for you to saving cost.

A: 1) We pay great attention to quality control from raw materials to finished products, each production link meets the quality system of ISO9001-2008.
