TCO glass is a soda float glass coated with a transparent conductive oxide coating for the application of the thin-film photovoltaic cells. In 3.2mm thickness, the good balance among transmission, haze and conductibility of the TCO coating could improve the output of the solar cell. Being deposited by CVD method at high temperature with strong hard coating bonding on glass substrate, this product offers excellent benefits on increasing the path of the light into the absorber and trapping the light into the absorber.TCO coating is more convenient in handling, secondary processing, easy to be packed, stored and transported.
