About Us
1.Mould base is made of LKM frame, and HASCO standard frame, all components are with DME or HASCO standard.
2. We have a wide useage of mold steel, both local and improted, 50C, P20,420H,2083,2344, S136, from ASSAB, LKM,etc.heat treatment to HRD 48~52 HRC, nitried all sliders and inserts, use Berylium Copper in corners to improve cooling.
3.We supply 2D mold drawing 2D/3D cap drawing and details layout.
4.We make cold runner mold, hot runner mold(Husky,Moldmaser,DME and YUDO), etc. Our engineer and technican are always keep studying and get more and more experienced and professional on mold making skills.
5.We have a wide usage on plastic material, especially for those may cause worse deformation,bad filling, worse part surface, we have our ways to control the mold to have better parts.
6.We ensure the mold life to customers, we provide steel and material conformity, certicate to customers.
7.Our advanced equipment and high effective mangement give customer stable lead time.

How can I place an order of mould?
1.Show us your cap design or cap photo, tell us your requirements of mould, such like mould steel,runner system, cavity number and other requirements.
2.Confirm with us about the price, payment term, delivery time and warranty time etc...
3.Buyer deliver us the original cap and bottle, we make proforma Invoice for proceeding payment and confirm the drawing.
4.We start making mould after the confirmation of original sample or the drawing.
How do I check the mould? If you have free time, you are welcome to come to our site to inspect the mold.We provide you the final samples for further checking, at same time we show you the mould test video with around 4mins.
What is term of serive?
Warranty Time: One year warranty, or 2millions for our PET preform moulds and cap moulds Service Time: Provide 24hours Pre-consultation and after sale serive.
Technical support: Provide lifelong and free technical support and maintenance services.
Mould repair service:
1. Make new spare parts for replacement, during the warranty time is free.
2. We will provide all mould parts for whole life of mould if needs.Because we have saved drawing for each part of mold to provide mould parts for customers.
How do you pack the china plastic moulds?
1.We pack the plastic moulds with wooden box.
2.There are the main 3 operation steps.
3.First Step: We daub some rust preventive oil on the mold.
4.Third step: We put this plastic film packed mold in a wooden box, and fix it avoid any movement.
