A: We use the 100/150/200A BMS in the box with CAN/RS485 Communications.
Q: Can I only take the battery box without BMS?
A: Yes, the BMS is USD$200(200Amp), we can deduct this price for you if you just want the battery box.
Q: Can I buy the completed 48V server rack battery?
A: Sure, because our battery box does not include the cells, please leave a message to us if you want the completed battery system.
Q: I have my own logo, can I print my logo in the battery pack?
A: Yes,we accept customizing the logo, but need larger quantity(>10 sets), if you need sample first, welcome to contact us.
Q:Does the 48V kit contain batteries?
A: Not including battery cells, see above packing list.
Q: What should I do if I don't know how to install the battery box after receiving it?
A: This kit is particularly easy to install and we have a detailed installation video as well as instructions.You can also contact us anytime if need help.
