AT276 Laboratory Jig Dyeing Machine is special designed for lab normal temperature jig dyeing. It’s applicable to retreatment, bleaching and dyeing of cotton, flax, chemical fiber blending and nylon interweaving. This jig dyeing machine is an ideal solution to cut down the waste of time and invest due to bad dyeing technology. It’s also helping you to develop new dyeing formula.

The main body adopts stainless steel material, nice appearance, easy to operate.

★Constant cloth speed guarantee: adopts the two-roller mechanical constant-speed technology to basically guarantee the consistent speed of the cloth.

★Tension control: adopts two separate synchronous rollers control system, manual preset mechanical synchronization, ensures the system keeping a constant tension.

★ Motor: 2 sets of 180w precision control gear motor and 400w frequency converter control systems.

★ Dyeing tank: imported SUS304 stainless steel, more durable; trapezoidal structure, small liquid dosage.

★ Dye liquid circulation mode: automatic stirring, keep the dye liquid more even.

★ Winding cycles: automatically record, can be preset and measured & controlled.

★ Direction of rotation: automatically rotate backward and forward according to the cloth length and number of cycles.
