Farmers are having hard time in maintaining the cow shed to clean the cow dung, they have to spend more time or they have to hire workers for more money.Once during a visit to a dairy farm we observed the hesitation of collecting cow dung by hand. It is a tough job cleaning the huge dung of so many cows every day.While interacting with the dairy farmer, we came to know that there was always shortage of manpower due to the nature of work involved.
This motivated make us to work on developing a machine to remove and collect cow dung without any physical contact.

The Collector is specifically designed for barns with solid floors and takes a revolutionary diverse approach when
compared to traditional manure scrapers. The Collector does not push manure, but use auger and chain to transmit it.

This makes the build-up of manure –in which cows stand – a thing of the past. This not only makes for a cleaner floor, it also ensures the cows’ hooves remain cleaner. This improves both cow health and the well-being of the animals.
Save a lot of labor
It needs only one worker to operate and can finished 1000 cows farm's manure collecting within 2 hours which makes this job easier.It is very effective and labor saving. It can load and unload automatically,after the dung/manure collect work is over, you can transport the dung/manure to where you need it.

Only need one driver sit on the cab to push and pull the rod to complete the dung work, save labor a lot.Easy to operate.
Chain Lifting
When the shovel collect some dung/manure, they will be transported into the rear back through the chain and rubber plates.
Flexible working width
The hydraulic oil cylinder expands the steel plate to both sides, which can freely adjust the width of the work. The maximum cleansing width can reach 3.6 meters,which greatly improves the work efficiency.
