1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

A.We are a factory established in 2003 and specialized in all kinds of electric winches. We have 20 years of experience in different kinds of products which include: Boat winch, ATV/UTV winch ,4x4 off road winch and hydraulic winch.

2.What is your MOQ?

A: No MOQ, one piece is OK. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking the quality of our products and know our service.

3. Can I get samples?

A: Sure. We usually provide the existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity. We usually send samples by FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have card account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our account, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2- 4 days to reach.

4. How long is the production lead time?

A: The lead time is 20-45 days after order be confirmed. But for the exact date,please check with our sales team.

5.What is your payment term?

A: Our normal payment term is 100% deposit after order signed for MOQ, payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L for large quantity.We also accept LC at sight.
