A4: Yes. Organix Concept welcome sample order to test and quality check.
Q5. What about the lead time?
A5: For sample to small quantity order, it will take usually 3-5 days depending on your location. For mass production, time needs
will be around 30-45 days. For customized design, will depend on the complexity of the requirements.
Q6. Do you have any MOQ limited for order?
A6: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available. For customized logo, will depend on the complexity of the requirements which
usually starting from 100 pcs and up. For ODM / OEM order , MOQ 2000pcs.
Q7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A7: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 7-10 days to arrive. By air or by sea are also available.
Q8. How about payment?
A8: Visa, Mastercard, TT, PayPal, Bank Transfer are all good.
Q9. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A9: Yes. Just send your logo and we will make a sample for your approval.
Q10: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A10: Yes. Organix Concept will provide 1 year warranty from the date of shipment to the Buyer, this warranty cover product (s)
with manufacturing defects ONLY, any mis-use of the product or any other issues will not be covered. Organix reserves the rights
to change these terms and condition at any time without prior notice.
