A new composite material choice for the 21st century--Carbon Fiber Fabric
Carbon fiber prepreg is a composite material made of reinforcement, such as carbon fiber filaments, resin matrix, release paper and other materials, processed by coating, hot pressing, cooling, laminating, rolling and other processes.

Carbon Fiber Fabric is made of carbon fiber by woven unidirectional, plain weaving or twill weaving style. The carbon fibers we use contain high strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios, carbon fabrics are thermally and electrically conductive and exhibit excellent fatigue resistance. When properly engineered, carbon fabric composites can achieve the strength and stiffness of metals at significant weight savings. Carbon fabrics are compatible with various resin systems including epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resins.

Carbon fiber tubes
Roll wrapped prepreg carbon fiber tubes are constructed using multiple wraps of twill and/or unidirectional fabrics. Rolled tubes are ideal for applications that require the highest bending stiffness and lowest weight, such as automation robotics, telescoping poles, idler rollers, and UAV components. The standard finish is cello-wrapped gloss, but a smooth sanded finish is also available.
