Blades- Airflow components
1.Blade design-Streamline variable cross-section
Conform to aerodynamic equal chord length theory,combined with the relative linear velocity principle,the blade narrows(304-186mm) and thins(43mm-21mm) from root to tip till tail then widen,the air is more even and uniform.

2.Blade material-Aviation aluminum alloy
1.5mm thickness No.5052H32 aviation aluminum alloy original plate,precision CNC molding,high strength and flexibility ensure the blade not to be broken.

3.Blade weight-More lighter and safer
6.7kg per blade(24ft),less blades,lighter weight,it can reduces the motor load,prolong the life,more safe and cost-efficient.



Connection:patented full mortise and tenon structural design to ensure the whole fan safety:
1.Blade and petiole
Mortise and tenon connection:
The convex petiole with concave buffer device form the Joint engaged,eliminate the
centrifugal force from the blades when the fan is running and the shear force when the fan
starts and stops.
The transverse screw is the same direction with fan running track to avoiding the shear in
order to ensure the blade will not broken,eliminate the possible Safety hazards radically.


2.Petiole and wheel hub
The petiole and hub/motor are integrated by the stepped concave-convex sections to
engage each other.The overall structure is used to withstand the centrifugal force during
running,and all fasteners are not stressed.


3.Motor and flange roulette
Safety ring:Connect the 5 petioles and motor upper cover form the whole,adopt the occlusion structural to even the force of the whole fan.
Anti-falling roulette:The concave flange roulette engaged with the convex anti-falling ring each other under the gravity to ensure the reliable connection between the flange roulette and motor.






Blade shape- Streamlined variable cross-section
The blade section is from wide to narrow (304-186mm),from thick to thin (43mm-21mm).Adopts the equal chord length principle and relative linear velocity characteristics to ensure the balance pressure of the whole blade to achieve the tip,middle and roots air evenly including the middle.

Blade shape- transverse section,equal width section
The blade length is equal with cross section ,blade width is 19CM.High air resistance is not conducive to pushing airflow, holes in the middle, high energy consumption.



Blade material- aviation aluminum sheet
Adopt NO.5052H32 1.5mm thickness aviation high grade density aluminum alloy original plate,with high strength and flexibility,bright and durable.


Blade material-Low grade aluminum
Low grade aluminum mixed with recycled aluminum for secondary processing, low density, impurities, pores, low toughness and easy to break

Blade and petiole -- full mortise and tenon connection
The convex petiole and concave buffer device are locked with bolts, each blade is riveted with buffer device by 16 rivets,forming the blade, buffer device and petiole as a whole, torque and shear less and less.

The concave flange are engaged with the convex anti-falling ring each other under the gravity to ensure a reliable connection between the flange and motor.
6.Safety ring
Connect the 5 petioles into a whole to form the sleeve with the frame lower hub to prevent the petioles from falling.

8.High-tensile strength petiole
6061-T6 petiole,high strenght,HB90 hardness,it has good corrosion resistance with 205MPa tensile strength.


9.Wire rope wind protection
Mounting bracket and I Beam winded with 1000KG tensile wire rope to prevent sliding and falling.
10.Wire rope balance protection
Four wire ropes are fixed with building traction to prevent shaking and falling.


11.Abnormal alarm system
The VFD system comes with accident protection.It will automatically alarm and stop work.
12.Real-time monitor and initiative maintenance
Dawang intelligent remote control system realtime monitor the fan operating parameters,motor
