3)How to get samples?

Normally the samples are free but sometimes will charge , it depends on whether the  sample is existing sample or not .

but the sample cost will be returned after the confirmation of order.

4) How long is the delivery time?

20days after samples confirmed

5)What is the minimum order quantity?

5000 pieces. The more you order, the cheaper prices you'll get.

6)What's your payment term?

Normally is T/T, 50% deposit, balance before delivery, if you want to do other payment term please email to inform us.

7)How does your factory do regarding quality control?

In our factory, we have professional quality inspection personnel. Each production process will be checked and inspected by them. 

Every detail during the producing and packing processes is cared by skilled workers from beginning to end.

9) How about the shipping?

For small orders, we will send the goods by International Express like Fedex, DHL, TNT or UPS, usually it takes 3~5 work days to arrive.

 It is a little expensive. If the order quantity is large, 

we will ship by sea and arrival time depends on different regions.

 If urgent, you could select transport by Air, but freight charge will be more expensive.

Note: normally make FOB Shenzhen price first.
