20ft gas powder coating oven

This powder coat oven heating by gas, meet the most demands of batch curing of products after sprayed. Inside high performance heating elements enables the oven to a quick raising of required temperature, and a circulation fan provides uniform heat distribution, ensures a high quality surface finish on parts.

Easy and simple control panel

PLC Control provides high precision heating process, with overheat self-protection device, and temperature detector, it offers all the features you need.

The panel allows you to set the accurate temperature and duration you require, as well as control the working of fan.

Riello burner

Natural gas or LPG available

Italy imported Riello burner takes full utilization of fuels, gives much quicker raise to a required temperature comparing with electric heating, as well as more environmental-friendly than diesel fired oven.

100mm thick insullation board

The powder coating oven insulation material is 100mm thickness rock wool board, which always maintain the warmness in the oven chamber.

The inner wall is 1mm galvanized steel which is heat-resistant, while the outerwall is durable color steel sheet.

Parts Transporting System

COLO powder coating ovens are available with inner and outer trolleys.

It is easy for loading and transporting workparts. The trolley holding parts always stays clean that will not pollute the oven chamber, keeping the purity of cured parts.
