1.Are you a trading company or manufacture?
Manufacture with factory.
2.What kinds of gas generator set do you produce?
It covers for all kinds of gas produced in industry, including biomass gas, biogas, natural gas, coal mine gas, coke oven gas, syngas, industrial exhaust gas, and etc. as well as related gas produce equipment.
3.What is your delivery time?
Normally within 60 days after receiving the 40% contract value advance payment. It depends on the configuration and quantity, please confirm with us before order.
4.What is your payment terms?
Normally paying by T/T, L/C, other payment method available according to customer’s requirement.
5.What is your available port of shipment?
Normally Qingdao port, other ports available according to customers' requirement.
6.What is your standard packing?
All the goods will be packed by standard export wooden packaging or container, suitable for long-distance sea transportation, moisture-proof, earthquake, rust-proof. Special packing method can be accepted when needed.
7.What is the MIN order quantity ?
Normally 1 generator set.
8.What is the warranty?
12 months after the completion date of commissioning, or no later than 15 months after the delivery date on the B/L, Whichever comes first (Not including consumable parts).
9.How could I be sole agent?
Since we build cooperation, we will consider your order quantity and if you want, we will try our best to meet your demand.
