Manufacture
The montmorillonite is produced on an independent production line. The total production area covers an area about 1400 square meters, of which the clean area is about 800 square meters. The workshop is equipped with a combined air-conditioning unit. The temperature of the clean area (grade D) is 18-26 ℃, and the relative humidity 45-65%. The workshop has about 40 sets of production equipment, which effectively guarantees the continuous operation of the production line. About 90% of the workshop staff has a college degree or higher. They have all been trained before they are engaged. The GMP compliant production environment, production facilities and well-trained personnel shall guarantee an efficient production and high quality of montmorillonite.
