Nitrogen generator is a nitrogen making machine designed and manufactured according to pressure swing adsorption technology. The nitrogen generator uses high-quality imported carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as the adsorbent, and adopts the principle of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) at normal temperature to separate air to produce high-purity nitrogen. Usually, two adsorption towers are connected in parallel, and the imported pneumatic valve is controlled by the imported PLC to operate automatically, alternately carry out pressure adsorption and decompression regeneration, complete the separation of nitrogen and oxygen, and obtain the required high-purity nitrogen.

2. The demand for compressed air is only 50% of the normal type of nitrogen gas generator,greatly reducing the energy consumption and conpressor cost.

4. Compared to the normal type of nitrogen generator,this new system nitrogen gas purity and flow are both stable, this design makes the system achieve more stable with low comsumption, all the technical indicators are qualifiled.
