1. Hard sealing and good wearing resistance

Runjing hard sealing ball valve core is made of Corundum Ceramic or silicon carbide which are sintered at 1680℃ or 2100℃. Its Rockwell Hardness HRA≥85, and it is only after to sapphire and diamond, and it can adapt to various high intensity of wear and washing conditions.

2. Good corrosion resistance

A----No crossion or crossion can be ignored, it is recommended.

B----Slightly corroded or less corroded, suitable for use.

C----Medium or large corrosion, it is not recommended. One is severely corroded and can not be used.

--The corrosion is serious and can not be used.

3. Low Torque

Ceramic core ball valve torque is less than 1/5 of traditional ball valve.

4. No leakage

The ball core and valve seat are precisely grinded in pair to guarantee a good sealing performance.

3. Can your ball valve be used in chemical application?

A: Yes, our ball valve core uses Corundum Ceramic (95% Aluminum Oxide) or  Silicon Carbide, which has good chemical resistance performance. It can be used in variety chemical application. Before purchasing the valve, please provide us the chemical list in liquid which ball valve will be used, then we will make customize for valve body, valve core, stem and sealing ring with proper material.
