The ancient mill Molino Benini was founded in 1926, a historic site in Santo Stefano, a country town in the immediate neighborhood
of Ravenna. Molino Benini, strong of a tradition that has been going on for several years, has always stood out for the quality of
its flours, using only Romagna wheat that is ground with a procedure called "slow grinding" in order to preserve the natural
qualities of the cereal to the maximum. Molino Benini is currently working with the best pasta factories, piadina shops, pastry
shops, pizzerias and restaurants not only in Emilia - Romagna but in the whole Italy with some partner around Europe.







Our flours are available in different packaging for different uses: 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg

WHO WE ARE
Molino Benini has been a family-run business since 1926. Almost a hundred years of history that make it a consolidated institution around the territory but also all around Italy. Aware of the importance of local agriculture, the company has decided to commit itself to supporting the latter with the aim of shortening the supply chain.









WHAT MAKE US UNIQUE



During production

-Grinding the grain slowly and at low temperature
-Avoiding the use of any chemical additive to flour


During the conservation
-Letting the grain rest before grinding it
-Keeping the flour in constant motion
-Using wooden "flours", stuccoed with organic beeswax, which allow the flour to breathe and preserve itself in a natural way
